Bill started Rielly Construction in 2002 to meet the growing needs of the commercial construction marketplace.  As President, Bill works personally with project owners from pre-construction through project completion.  His involvement in the overall success of the project includes a full range of services including scheduling, planning, budgeting, safety, contract administration, owner relations and LEED certification.

Bill brings a wealth of knowledge to the company with both new construction and renovation experience. Prior to founding Rielly Construction, he worked for one of the nation’s largest construction companies. His range of construction management experience includes Commercial, Residential, Renovation, Professional and Medical Office, Retail, Institutional, Tenant Interiors, Remodels, Marine, Industrial, University, Manufacturing, and Government.  The scope of project experience ranges from 1,000sq.ft. to over 250,000sq.ft. with budgets of $50,000 to $25 million.

Bill's commitment to completing the job on time and on budget has earned him respect in the industry.  Bill earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida.  He became LEED AP certified in 2008 and is committed to sustainable building practices.  He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Chamber of the Palm Beaches and Jupiter Chamber of Commerce.
